Revenue funding resources

These grant funding opportunities may be appropriate for a wide range of projects related to sport and physical activity.

Derbyshire County Council Action Grants

The Action Grants programme is helping groups with good ideas to make their communities better places to live. Groups from all parts of Derbyshire (excluding Derby) are able to apply. Money is available for schemes that encourage residents of all ages to take part in physical activities, keep fit and stay healthy- or those that encourage people to get active if they're not already.

Sport England Small Grants

Could you help people in your community become more physically active? Would a grant of between £300 and £10,000 help make your ideas happen? Sport England want to support projects that help everyone to take part in physical activity whether this is formal sport or informal activity aiming to help people lead more active lifestyles.
