Coalfields Recovery and Resilience Fund is Open for Applications

Legally registered/incorporated organisations that are working to regenerate coalfield communities can apply for grants of up to £10,000.
Projects must address at least one of the Coalfield Regeneration Trust's themes of employment, skills, or health and wellbeing.
Examples of what could be supported include:
- Organisations supporting people who are experiencing poor mental health.
- Organisations supporting vulnerable people who are experiencing health inequalities, loneliness and/or social isolation.
- Organisations supporting local community activity, including volunteering, and co-ordination of services.
Priority will be given to organisations that are delivering support services or have significantly adapted their services in order to respond to the current crisis issues/challenges in their community and support vulnerable people.
The funding can support revenue costs and capital costs. Capital costs cannot exceed 50% of the funding requested. The funding must be used to deliver activities/services for a minimum of two months and a maximum of 12 months.
The first step in the application process is to complete the eligibility survey.
The deadline for the survey is 12 March 2021 (5pm).
