This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, tenacious and agile Customer Experience Team Leader to join England Netball as we embark on our mission to Build Back Stronger and regain the incredible momentum enjoyed before the pandemic. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a small team of Customer Experience Assistants to deliver a world leading service to our valued members, volunteers, spectators and fans.

About Customer Experience Team Leader
The role is perfect for someone with experience using customer service software (specifically Zendesk), who is a fast learner and enjoys inspiring and motivating others. Your work will involve reviewing IT systems and processes, handling inbound calls, responding to contact forms and carrying out performance management conversations. Above all else you'll set the tone in a talented and dedicated team.
