About Grounds Person
We have an exciting opportunity for Grounds Person to join our Grounds team, based at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the quality of their work, professional and skilled in their craft.
You will be working on a large prestige estate carrying out ground's maintenance duties. You will be working 'hands-on' with a team to maintain a top-class horticultural environment.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the training pitches are prepared to a high standard, pedestrian mowing, line marking, divoting and all aspects of pitch repair and preparation as well as the surrounding areas working under the guidance of the Grounds Manager. The work entails working outside in changing and often inclement weather conditions.
The ideal candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on team ethics and high standards. You will be part of a strong team and be expected to be hands on within this function.
