Governance & Finance Manager
The BDA is seeking to recruit for an individual with purpose, passion, and integrity and a proven track record in successful sports governance to work as a key member of the BDA leadership team. This role is a unique opportunity to play an important part in supporting the aims and objectives of the Bowls Development Alliance and the development of a new strategic plan for Bowls, in close partnership with the National Governing Bodies and key partners.

About Governance & Finance Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but very passionate team, supporting both the business operations and upholding the highest standards required of a tier 3 organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cross-matrix environment as well as show evidence of strong financial acumen, strategy development and delivering against set targets. With a strong background in Governance, preferably within a National Governing Body or sports organisation, the successful applicant will also have the flexibility to support across several key business functions, including safeguarding, club development and EDI.
The candidate should be a people person and a team player, with the ability to work effectively with the organisation Chair and BDA Board, to support the continuation of a strong progressive partnership with key stakeholders. A good understanding of the sporting landscape would be an advantage.
