Participation Development Partner - Midlands

The LTA is the National Governing Body for tennis in Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and is responsible for developing and promoting the sport while safeguarding the integrity of tennis. The vision for The Lawn Tennis Association is “tennis opened up”; and the mission for all those involved in delivering this vision to grow tennis by making it relevant, accessible, welcoming and enjoyable. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Participation Development Partner; this is a mobile role in the Midlands region, predominately in the East Midlands.

This is a mobile role based in the Midlands (predominately in the East Midlands) region, NG11 8NS

About Participation Development Partner - Midlands

The Participation Development Partner is responsible for delivering the participation strategy across the tennis landscape at a regional and county level; leading the deployment and delivery of strategies and plans to the grass roots of the sport across the club, county and volunteer network, park and community tennis venues and education venues.

This role requires expert planning, communication, and collaboration with the need to engage and influence multiple partners to ultimately drive adult and junior participation growth.
