The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and attainment of both 'sales' and 'club live' targets for the site.
The successful candidate will be a 'self-starter', with the ability to demonstrate a track record of achievement, possess a winning mentality and the capability to hit performance targets, through effective team leadership.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your team manage all membership enquiries from prospects and current members whilst following company policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for planning and organising promotional activity and be prepared to undertake community engagement, and promotional activity within the locality.
You will need to develop a strong level of product knowledge in all aspects of the activity timetables, facilities, prices, membership options and support outstanding customer service.
You must be flexible in your approach to work, be available to work unsociable hours and be prepared to undertake training and attend management meetings when required.
