This course is for: Learners of all ages who already have some knowledge of Pilates and wish to further develop their skills. If you have been referred by a health professional you are encouraged to explore the full range of opportunities open to you. Your tutor may be able to give you advice on other activities which may be beneficial to your wellbeing and lifestyle.

You will learn:
More exercises to improve muscle tone, particularly the abdominal muscles
Further exercises to develop an increased flexibility of the spine
A wider range of beneficial breathing techniques
A deeper awareness of the mind and body connection, to help relieve stress.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that enables you to move. We recommend
that you don't eat a large meal before coming along to this course. Please bring a mat if
you have one.
