This course is for: Anyone wishing to develop and maintain their mobility, agility, strength, stamina, balance and coordination. If you have been referred by a health professional you are encouraged to explore the full range of options and opportunities open to you.

Keep Fit - All Abilities

You will learn:

There will be a balanced programme of movements to music to help encourage

coordination and balance. Aerobic exercise for lung capacity and heart performance, body shaping and muscle tone.

Each session will include warm up and cool down activities and movement routines with demonstrations by the tutor. Improve your health and wellbeing, develop and maintain your mobility, balance and mental co-ordination.

All of the costs of this course are covered in the advertised course fee. Please wear loose comfortable clothes that enables you to move. We recommend that you don't eat a large meal before coming along to this course.
