The workshops are aimed at both run/jog leaders looking to develop knowledge and skills to support their groups, as well as individual runners of all levels.
Their objective is to provide practical advice backed up by simple jargon free explanation of the science behind it. They will dispel some common myths and remove the confusion created by the vast amount of, often contradictory, information available on the internet nowadays.
The cost is just £6 or £15 for the series, which includes light refreshments and copies of the presentations/notes. Each session is suitable to be attended as a one-off event as well as part of the series.
